Hi! I’m Keshini, a therapist passionate about supporting young adults on their mental health journeys. With a Master’s in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto and a background in Psychology, I bring both clinical expertise and a holistic approach to care. I’m certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (United States) and the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapy, with additional training in Emotion-Focused Family Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

My journey into therapy was shaped by my experience working in high-needs clinical settings with children and families, where I witnessed the profound impact of compassionate, client-centered care. These experiences deepened my commitment to supporting individuals in creating meaningful and sustainable change in their lives.

My approach emphasizes the mind-body connection and the importance of holistic wellness. Whether you’re just beginning to explore therapy or looking to deepen your self-understanding, I believe in meeting you exactly where you are. Together, we’ll tune into your body’s innate wisdom, using somatic and psychological principles to foster emotional resilience, strengthen relationships, and enhance daily routines.

In our work, you’ll lead the way, and I’ll walk alongside you in a compassionate, judgment-free space. My goal is to help you feel truly heard and understood while providing practical tools and insights to empower you to thrive.
